When I decided to add a G-Wagon to my collection of older cars, I found it difficult to find good information on ownership for the American market. The information out there is spread out and not much first-hand experience.
I have a bad car addiction with the Puch-G and G55, and other models including a 1978 Corvette LS3 resto-mod, 1967 MG B, 2008 Saleen Mustang, 1987 Ferrari Testarossa, and a 2020 Corvette Stingray.
I was most interested in how they drive, what interior upgrade options there were, maintenance tips and availability of parts. Don't get me wrong, you can search W460 and find some good information, but compared to other collectible cars like the Mustang, Camaro, MGB, or even the Mercedes SL R107 series, there is really not much out there.

This blog is not meant to answer all of your G-questions, but to chronicle the story of my quest to purchase, customize and maintain my G-Wagons.
